I love pastoring the Crossroad’s family. I have been Crossroad’s pastor since 1989 (wow!). Crossroad’s is the first and only church I’ve pastored. I became a Christian at a very young age but figured out that Jesus could be the center of my life 24/7 when I was in 7th grade, and I’ve been “all in” since then.
My greatest fulfillment outside of Jesus is my family and doing life with my wife Darlene and our 3 adult children. My main pastime is motorcycle riding, I’ve ridden in 49 out of 50 states, with only Alaska left to conquer.
Although I have a hundred “favorite” Bible verses, this is my favorite as it pertains to my calling and the mutual growth we enjoy as the family of God.
"11 I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong— 12 that is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith." - Romans 1:11-12 (NIV)

We have been going to Crossroads for over a decade. We met in RIOT youth group in 2011 and became friends; six years later we fell in love and now are married with two beautiful children. We both have been faithfully serving at Crossroads for many years and have participated in most of the ministries offered. Kaleb is the worship pastor and loves pursuing the Lord through the form of worship. Rayann leads the hospitality team and enjoys making everyone feel welcome and loved. Our goals in our ministries is to love the Lord with our whole hearts and to love His people well.

We have been Pastoring Crossroads youth, RIOT, since 2011. RIOT is such a joy for us, as we mentor young people and grow their faith. We strive to make HIS Kingdom known and raise up the next generation of Christians to continue expanding Gods Kingdom here on earth! We have been married since 2009 and have three beautiful children and we currently live in Seymour, IN. We enjoy traveling and experiencing outdoors as often as possible, one loves the beach, the other, the mountains.
One of our favorite passages is Titus 2 11-14:
“11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say 'No' to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.”

I was 14 years old when I became a Christian, and have loved Jesus every day since, He has been my greatest joy and my solid foundation. Some people feel they would give up so much to be a Christian, I feel that I gave up nothing and gained everything.
I love being a mother to our 3 grown children and I’m grateful for my journey through life with my husband Tracy. I enjoy working with and arranging flowers and find satisfaction with the end result of an interior design project.
I have worn many hats as a pastor’s wife and I am currently serving as the church administrator, which fits my natural gifting.
There are so many Bible verses that inspire me, but here is one of my many favorites, Psalm 16:11 (NKJV):
"You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore."

Children's Pastors
We have been attending Crossroads since 2015 and have served in each role in the children's ministry. In 2022, we took on the leadership of the ministry and are excited to love and serve both the children and volunteers. With three young children of our own, we want to make the kids' program at Crossroads as meaningful as possible for all the children, including ours. Our objective is to help all children experience Jesus' love through the ministry and develop a personal relationship with him, so they can become ambassadors for Jesus in the world.
Jesus loves children and desires for us to have a child-like faith, as demonstrated in Matthew 19:14: where he says:
"Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
